• All appointments must be booked at least 12 hours in advance. Rescheduling and or Time changes must be made 24 hours prior to the day of your appointment. Once deposit is paid there is no refund or cancellations of appointment. No call no shows will be charged 100% of service charge!
• Please be mindful of the time slot you select before booking an appointment. Pick an available time that works best for your schedule/event that day, but please take factors like the time it will take to arrive to your appointment and leave, traffic, and the length of time for the service you selected, into consideration..
• A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required upon booking or you can put your card on file which will be charged if you are a No Call No Show or if you cancel within 24 hours of your selected appointment time . This deposit will go towards the service of your choice.
• No kids or extra people. Please come alone to your scheduled appointment.
• No calls, no shows are absolutely unacceptable. Again if you are a no call no show you will be charged the full amount of the service you booked!!

• The remaining balance of your service is due before you can book your next appointment
