JONDI DESIGN INC Consultations apply to all phone or virtual meeting requests/ all concept or idea discussion requests or strategic plans, application of design or marketing to your business goals; and all proofs required to be designed as part of any graphic or web service.

All consultation and appointments

• Cancellation fee is applied if less than 24-hours notice.
• Client must reschedule or designer /consultant will reschedule the appointment for next availability.
• Only one free reschedule allowed if cancellation occurs within 24-hour notice.
• All Deposits and Fees are non refundable.
• Consultant may cancel given 12-24 hour advance notice to client.
• Design and Website Design Or Management services costs additional to consultant fee.
• No consulting fee applies if client texts or emails Designer; however their may be limits on how much information is able to be communicated , in which JONDI DESIGN INC suggests scheduling a meeting or consultation.
• Consultation fee is applied to total costs owed if client moves forward in hiring JONDI DESIGN INC
• During the consultation a proposal will be drafted to client , client has 15-business days to accept proposal and pay invoice, sign any agreement required to began design term
