Tiffany is an intentional massage therapist, fascial stretch practitioner, & yin yoga/restorative pilates teacher. Her specialties include Fascial Stretch Therapy, Therapeutic Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage as well as Lymphatic Drainage Massage. This includes a 60 minute massage session followed by recommendations & steps to achieve your desired goals.

This length of session will allow us to focus on one particular area. This appointment will serve as a quickie for returning clients. This is for return clients who have an established massage care plan. You and Tiffany will have a quick chat to determine which type of massage best fits your needs that day. This technique is fantastic for helping to ease chronic pain caused by adhesions and fascial dysfunction. This length of session will allow us to focus on one particular area. This session is primarily used as an addition before or after a chiropractic adjustment.

InBody Composition Scan

10 minutes @ $25.00

Each InBody Test will print out a full-page results sheet detailing the muscle, fat, and water values of the user, including lean mass and fat values in each segment of the body. BMI and the mitre important BMR are also measured. This is a superior tool over just the bathroom scale when tracking your fitness, diet and exercise progress. An available staff member will get you scanned, and your provider will communicate results and strategies.
