Insurers for custom orthotics require a prescription that includes a preliminary diagnosis, like diabetes or plantar fasciitis. You can get one from your doctor, nurse practitioner or podiatrist. You can take them a prescription form from our website. We'll do the rest.

As your Certified Pedorthist (Canada) and healthcare professional, we are qualified to assess ROM, foot structure, biomechanics and gait. We work to reduce pressure, improve balance, relieve pain & increase mobility through orthotics & related services.

Friday Foot Assessments at Alliance Health: Moose Jaw on Lillooet, Across from Tim Hortons

Ashfield Orthotics has partnered with Alliance Wellness & Rehabilitation in Moose Jaw to provide assessment, design, manufacturing and dispensing for prescribed custom orthotics to support the foot health of South Saskatchewan people.

Dispensing (or Re-covering/Adjusting) Custom Orthotics (~20 minutes)

Dispensing is when we trim & fit (or adjust) your custom orthotics for maximum comfort & function. As discussed at your assessment, please bring appropriate footwear, with removable liners. Then you can begin enjoying your feet again.

Custom Made Footwear Consultation (1-2 hours)

1 hour 30 minutes @ CA$1,780.00

The initial appointment for custom footwear includes our complete regular pedorthic assessment and extra time to review footwear options and more involved measurements & castings.
