By booking with Ro Henry Artistry you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. Please review this information and frequently asked questions prior to booking an appointment.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure an appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time services are rendered. If an appointment is manually scheduled by the artist, an invoice from PayPal will be sent to the client requesting a deposit. Unsecured appointments will be released 48 hours after submission.
Exclusive time is given to ensure quality service and satisfaction, therefore punctuality is highly requested. Late arrivals will be cancelled after 10 minutes with an option to reschedule.
If the requested appointment time is during extended hours, a $20 fee will be added to the client's balance. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to verify if the artist is available. The email should include the date, event and requested appointment time.
Extended Hours Sunday - 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm Saturday - 6:00 am – 8:00 am
Online and credit card payments are accepted through PayPal which requires a small service transaction fee of 2.9% + .30.
Cancellation / Rescheduling
All retainers are non-refundable. One rescheduled appointment is allowed and only half of the deposit will transfer to the rescheduled time if the date is different. One half of the non-refundable deposit is non-transferable after the first rescheduled appointment and the client is obligated to an additional deposit for future services.
