4 week Little Stars Parent & Child Course.
Ages 3-5 Yrs.

Thursdays 16th Nov - 7th Dec.
Venue -Yoga Room @ St Johns Recreation Ground.
£10.00 per class for 1 parent & 1 child.
£7.50 per single child.
Click 'additional child' on the booking form if you are bringing a second child. £3.00 for an additional sibling.
Payment cash/cq at class please.
Email support throughout the course/ongoing.
Private 1-2-1 class for children aged 7-18 yrs and family groups.
Classes are designed specifically for your child or your family's needs.
1-2-1 price is 40.00 per hour. Concessions given for low income.

Simple relaxations for young children Ages 2-5.
The Little Book of Stars is the perfect way to introduce toddlers to relaxation and meditation. Each page explores a positive quality or value in an easy to understand and child friendly way.
Examples include Happy Star, Calm Star, Brilliant Star and Generous Star. This book is designed to engage very young children while introducing them to simple relaxation and mindfulness techniques.
Each relaxation exercise takes around 3-5 mins.
The exercises in the book also aim help develop children's sense of awareness and self worth so promoting confidence and self-esteem.
