First Appointment with Introductory Hypnosis
1 hour 45 minutes
This is an intro session for those who have little to no experience with hypnosis or meditation. We will discuss your issue for about the first hour and do a short hypnosis where I do all of the talking to get you used to what it is like. This appointment is usually and hour and a half but can sometimes go as long as 2 hours.
First Appointment without Introductory Hypnosis
This is for people who are already familiar and comfortable with hypnosis, meditation or focused inner awareness. In this session we talk for usually about the first hour (the same as the other intro session) and then do a hypnosis session for the rest of the time where you are talking while under hypnosis. In this session we "get right to work."
Follow Up Appointment
Please only book this appointment if we have already had an initial appointment together. We will be doing a session where you are talking under hypnosis.
Past Life Regression
A Past Life Regression can be booked without any initial appointment. The entire session will take anywhere from 2 1/2 to 3 hours. The session is recorded.
25 Minute Online Session
You are welcome to book this session for any reason. If we have already had an appointment you might want to ask further questions about techniques we touched on during your session. We can also do a short guided meditation (which you are welcome to record), or explore questions around any situations that may have come up in your life.
Energy Awareness Process
It is not necessary to have had an introductory session to book an Energy Awareness Process session. This session usually lasts between 2 1/2 -3 hours.
Life Between Lives Session
You must have had a Past Life Regression with me before booking this session. If you have had previous Past Life Regressions with another therapist please contact me before booking. An LBL session takes between 3-6 hours and goes until you are "done."
