Due to the Government of Ontario emergency business restrictions our clinic is now offering REDUCEDSERVICES in the clinic. VIRTUAL CONSULT FOR REGISTERED DIETICIAN is now available. We appreciate that there are many people in need of treatment but ask for everyone's patience and understanding. New and current patients should be following current COVID-19 guidelines and if unsure contact Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000 and speak with a registered nurse. Current patients can contact us directly with any questions.
Respecting COVID-19 regulations we have reduced service by spacing apart appointments to facilitate social distancing. Please read and observe the following before booking:

We strongly recommend that clients login to an existing account, or if new to the clinic choose the option to register for an account at the end of the online booking process. Registering for an account helps us verify and manage appointments.

Missed Appointments and Cancellation Policy: We value you as a client and understand that there may be extenuating circumstances when you need to reschedule your appointment. You can reach us via email or phone, and leave a voicemail if the clinic is closed - we would be happy to reschedule your appointment. Clients are encouraged to use the online booking system for cancellations and rescheduling, but please remember that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy to change or cancel your appointment or you may be charged the full fee of your missed visit. Missed appointments and short notice cancellations affect us all, and prevent us from serving other clients in need. If you are new to our practice and cancel or are a no-show within 24 hours of your first visit and wish to reschedule, full payment for the office visit will need to be made at the time of rescheduling.
