To ensure our therapists are able to reserve your time for you and turn away other clients Important Cancellation Policy: You must notify us with more than 24 hours notice of your appointment time to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. If you notify us within 24-12 hours before your appointment we will charge a $25.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel the same-day, 12-0 hours before your appointment or you don't show up, or do not want to have your appointment you are responsible for 100% of the appointment fee and no refund will be allocated.
