DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A $25 non- refundable deposit is required when booking an appointment. Your deposit will be applied to your total. If you decided to not show to an appointment , I am not responsible for any refunds . If the site doesn’t allow you to reschedule with your deposit you have exceeded the allowed time frame to rebook. No communication with last minute changes and cancellations will not be tolerated and you will be banned from booking.If you contact me and inform me that you will not make it, that will only save you from being blocked/ banned. A $50 deposit is required when booking frontal services and wig installation services .No refunds will be given at ALL .

Wigs, bundles, frontals and closures can be purchased from “The Hair Genie “ to insure you receive the best quality. Some orders will be available for pick up and doesn’t require advance ordering.Please contact “The Hair Genie”(313)551-1052 prior to booking for available items. All other orders must be placed 14 business days in advance prior to your scheduled appointment. If you decide to place your order later then the required time frame . WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HAIR THAT HASN’T ARRIVED ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT ! You’ll receive your hair when it arrives and you appointment will be canceled NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED !Anyone who places an order prior to the scheduled appointment does not have to drop the hair off in advance.

All items are required to be dropped off 7-14 business days in advance for proper coloring procedures. Coloring prices range from $55 per bundle and up depending on the complexity of the color. Please discuss the color with THE HAIR GENIE before the drop off.

WIGS, FRONTALS CLOSURES (That need to be customized) MUST BE DROPPED OFF 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING ON THE DAY YOU BOOK FOR! I NEED 5-7/ 24 HOUR DAYS(complete days ) BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED A LATE FEE OR BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELED!!!! IF YOUR 5 DAY DROP OFF FALLS ON A OFF DAY YOU NEED TO DROP OFF 7?DAYS IN ADVANCE!!!! If I decide to allow you to bring your closure/frontal last minute a $25 and UP inconvenience fee will be applied. $25 for closures, $50 for frontals ,$75 for wigs . Please discuss the inconvenience fee before you assume it is okay to Bring your closure/ frontal after the 5-7 business day drop off window. No refunds will be issued for those that haven’t taken the time to read thoroughly and drop off closure/ Frontal/ wigs in the required time. Once you book for a service you will be responsible for following the instructions. If this isn’t something you’re willing to do please do not book !!!!! Customization is included with the frontal and closure sew-in installations this includes quick weaves as well. Any wig or unit that is not purchased from “THE HAIR GENIE” is an additional fee to customize please choose the installation with customization added to the service.
All lace quality isn’t the same. If you decide to purchase a low quality lace, we CAN NOT assure you that your unit/ Frontal appearance will look like frontals /Units purchased from “THE HAIR GENIE” . It is STRONGLY recommended that you purchase HD lace or TRANSPARENT lace to achieve a flawless look. The HD lace is thinner and the holes are smaller which makes it easy to blend well with your skin complexion. If you bring lace that is hard or darker then your complexion you will not be serviced .Cheap lace can be extremely hard and is difficult to blend. If you are lighter complected it is suggested that you purchase transparent lace only.

AFTER HOUR APPOINTMENTS, LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENTS, EARLY BIRD APPOINTMENTS, CAN BE BOOKED FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE of. $75 for early and late appointments $100 on off days Sundays and Mondays . Please contact me for anytime you don’t see on the site I will accommodate you . EARLY BIRD APPOINTMENTS any time before 10:00am on the weekdays . Anytime before 7:30am on the weekends . AFTER HOUR ANYTIME after 5:30 on the week days , anytime after 7:30p on the weekend . Closures , frontals and wigs are still to be dropped off 5-7 business day prior to your squeeze in app . If you cannot drop your item off advance a fee of $25 late drop off for closures. $50 late fee for frontals ,$75 for wigs .
