Normal hours of 9 AM to 6 PM Mon-Fri and 9 AM to Noon on Saturday were resumed May 4th, 2020. To comply with the City of Joplin Recovery Plan (now step 2 as of June 1st) we ask your help to ensure:
1) NO more than 5 people in the building at one time2) Appointments usually take about 15 to 20 minutes - we are scheduling every 30 minutes to avoid exceeding the 5people limit.3) Walk-ins are always welcome, however we may have to ask that you wait outside if 5 customers are already in the building.4) We ask that you wear a Mask when entering our building. 5) Preference will be given to customers with appointments.
We understand the need and desire for brides, families, and prom couples who often want to share their experience and get advice from family and friends. We ask that you minimize guests as much as possible to achieve the goal of no more than 5 people inside our facility at any one time.
In addition to these precautions we clean and treat our customer area twice per day and wipe our front counter frequently during the day with an antimicrobial and anti-virus solution containing at least 67% alcohol. At night we are treating our facility with UV-C light to kill virus and bacteria. We ask that you help us in this endeavor by ensuring that your clothing for alteration is cleaned/washed prior to bring the garments in.
