Therapeutic Massage is practiced on a table using oils or creams which allow the practitioner to perform long smooth strokes that encourage blood flow as well as kneading to loosen muscles. Therapeutic massage can be both very deep and therapeutic, and very relaxing.

Receiving Thai Bodywork is practiced on a floor mat rather than a table and is like having a yoga class done to you. Thai bodywork stretches muscles and tendons, opens joints, tones internal organs, balances body energy, and induces a deep rest and greater sense of awareness.

This is a clothed massage practiced with the receiver resting on a massage chair. This is a perfect form of bodywork for those who are without a lot of time as well as those that are unable to get down to lie on the ground. Your 30 minute session is better than a nap on steroids.

This is a clothed massage practiced with the receiver resting on a massage chair. This is a perfect form of bodywork for those who are without a lot of time as well as those that are unable to get down to lie on the ground. Your 60 minute session will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Some stretching and posturing can be expected.
