Private Yoga Instruction
Private instruction is an incredible asset to both beginners and advanced practitioners; and can fast track progress. Instruction is always tailored to the needs of the student, addressing areas of interest and working towards a deeper understanding of the practice.
This coaching is geared towards those looking for ways to manage stress and it’s many sibling symptoms - including insomnia, anxiety, fatigue, muscular guarding, digestive issues, weight-loss etc. This is commonly the result of ‘burning the candle at both ends', work/interpersonal life imbalance, and an accompanying poor self care practice (read: poor management).
