For those struggling to get work on a project, Hybrid Work Sessions involve a combination of coaching and independent work time to make the most of your work time.

Quick Check-in Calls provide accountability so you can report what you've done on a pre-identified task and what you will to do next. We won't have time to problem solve or address any new concerns. Any larger topics will have to wait for a more formal coaching session.

Typical Check-in Call format:

The Initial Consultation is where you can ask me questions about my coaching and tell me a little bit about what you hope to get out of coaching. We'll decide if my coaching style is a good fit for you.

Subsequent Initial Consultations for each potential client cost $50 (for parents, bosses, partners, etc). Please be advised that coaches cannot accept insurance.
