A 6 week Mat class to “wake up your middle” and learn the importance of working from a strong CORE! All ages (13+) & levels. Mondays @ 4:30pm -In Studio. Starting April 8th.

What to bring: Pilates/Yoga Mat, Water, Grippy Socks (optional, barefoot is fine)
