For new clients. Your first appointment will include both an assessment and a 60-minute massage session. The assessment will take 30 minutes. During the assessment, we will go over any issues you have been experiencing. We will develop a plan to help you reach your short and long-term goals, whether they are relaxation and rejuvenation or pain relief.

For returning clients. Before your 60-minute massage, you will relax with a paraffin wax treatment on your hands or feet and then hot stones will be rested on key muscles. The combination of these treatments will break down layers of tension and make it possible for Renee to massage deeper tissue more effectively during your massage.

For returning clients. For 90 minutes you will get a thorough full-body treatment and be able to target specific areas where you are experiencing pain or stress. The massage will be able to get to the heart of any issues you are experiencing and you will leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

For returning clients. This is my most popular offering. During a 1 hour massage, you will get a full body treatment or we will be able to target some specific areas where you are experiencing stress and pain. I will help you experience the relaxation you need and deserve so you can be refreshed for whatever your life will bring you next.

For returning clients. 30-minute sessions are great for addressing a single area or issue. If you are experiencing minimal tension or limitations we may be able to address more than one area. Please be aware that 30 minutes is not enough time to work significantly on more than one issue.
