This appointment consists of 2 hours of service. 1 hour to review your child's IEP and related documents and a second hour to discuss via Google Meet or a similar video conferencing platform. The time you select is for the discussion portion of the appointment.
Please schedule at least 3 days in advance to give sufficient time to review documents before your appointment. Remember to upload your documents (IEP, neuropsychological and psychological testing) when you complete the intake form.

A two-hour appointment for people who want help filling out housing applications in Massachusetts. All appointments will take place via Zoom. You must use a laptop or a desktop PC for the appointment. You also need access to a printer during your appointment. Please note that you must complete a comprehensive questionnaire 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cathy will email the Zoom link and the questionnaire. MA Housing Application appointments must be scheduled 4 days in advance.
