In your session, we'll work on one main topic together. You might bring an issue or situation that needs mending and tending from helping spirits, releasing an energy that isn't yours or something you 'just can't get over,' unraveling a behavior or pattern, or recovering from a hard experience or time.

You might also be ready to bring a cherished dream into form with the help of ceremony and the spirits, look at starting a new life chapter, or welcome support in a time of change. Welcome!

If you're needing joy and nourishment, or feel called to deepen with your spirituality, sense of self or just have an adventure, you can design a personal retreat that's affordable, revitalizing, fun, and just for you...in a group workshop with lovely women.

On our first call, we'll all build a personal retreat for ourselves, using a step-by-step process together. We'll then have 2 weekends to go on our retreats, before we meet again to decompress, share stories, and celebrate. Welcome!

If we're just beginning together or you'd like a session series, you can book a first session online here. We'll schedule your other two sessions manually, and you'll receive 3 reiki treatments over a week.

This is a strong, joyful way to really bring reiki energy into your life.

You'll check in and set a healing intention at each session, be nourished and healed by the power and beauty of reiki, and we'll work together with the changes within and in your world as reiki roots deeply in your life.

Welcome home, loved one! If we're worked together or you've trained with me, you're all set to book a single reiki session.

You can receive reiki as a 'tune up' when your life isn't flowing smoothly, as a support if something painful has happened (blessings), or to superpower a new life chapter or dream.

We'll hang out for an hour or so, catch up, and let reiki hold you in big arms, so you can remember how loved you are, and how much hope and healing there is in creation for you.
