Initial Consult and Session
1 hour 30 minutes
Recommended for ANY new clients, this initial session allows us to take time to explore the primary concerns/interests, discuss the various approaches that might best support your needs, and to tailor the optimal program for you. Required for most new clients. After this initial work, we can discuss payment options.
These sessions are best for those who are requesting information, advice, or mentoring on specific issues. If you are seeking phone session with Jessica, we can arrange other times than those listed. Email us if you can't find a time that works. email@example.com
Off the Mat Session
Off the Mat sessions are for individuals who wish to explore what is coming up in life, on and off the mat. Yogic guidance to help navigate what is happening in your actual life. These sessions are personalized hours in which we can tailor your sadhana (practice).
Nutrition Therapy sessions offer a holistic approach to the question, "what truly nourishes me?" While we explore the "what" of nutrition, our main work is with the "how" and the "why," acknowledging the physiological, psychological, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and energetic aspects of eating. Yoga Therapy sessions are customized individual sessions to address your specific concerns: chronic pain, depression/anxiety or other mood disorders, loss/grief, navigating diagnoses or medical treatments, injury, addiction/recovery, or general well being. Initial Consult and Session required before we book Yoga Therapy sessions or packages.
Mentoring sessions are specifically designed for teachers/students seeking to have more intensive, individualized instruction on everything from subtle anatomy to sequencing to assists to living the teachings. Homework is assigned and a commitment is expected.

Yoga Therapy or Nutrition Therapy 3-session Package
3 sessions of individualized nutrition or yoga therapy, tailoring practices and "homework"/explorations to your needs. The 90 minute Initial Consult and Session is required before you purchase this package.
Off the Mat 5-session Package
5 Session MENTORING
5 mentoring sessions specifically designed for teachers/students seeking to have more intensive, individualized instruction on everything from subtle anatomy to sequencing to assists to living the teachings. Homework is assigned and a commitment is expected.
5-Session Package Yoga Therapy or Nutrition Therapy
5 session package for either Yoga Therapy or Nutrition Therapy, which tailors recommendations and support to your individual needs. Areas of specialty include chronic pain, loss/grief, anxiety/depression/mood disorders, addiction/recovery, body image, nutritional guidance using holistic yogic method.
every 4 weeks for 20 weeks ($500.00 total)
For those who would like the discounted rate of a 10-session package, but prefer to break the payments up over 5 months. This means 5 payments of $100 each.
Extended Session (2 hour), 3 session package
This package is good for 3 extended (2-hour) sessions of ANY kind. Yoga Therapy, Off the Mat, Nutrition Therapy, or Mentoring.

An extended session is a 2-hour session in which we delve more deeply and intensively into the work of yoga therapy (individualized sessions attending to your needs), nutrition therapy (work with nourishing your whole self, body image, etc); or Off the Mat sessions (personalized guidance for how yoga fits into your daily lived life)
