The State of Maine is offering a COVID-19 vaccination clinic designed specifically for State of Maine employees, their friends and family at no cost on June 23, 2021 from 9am - 5pm.
This clinic will have 3 different vaccination options to choose from at NO COST:
1. SECOND DOSE of the Moderna vaccine for those who attended the clinic on either May 24th or May 26th.
2. FIRST DOSE of the Pfizer vaccine (approved for 12+). A second clinic will be held on July 15th for participants to receive their second dose.
3. SINGLE DOSE of the Johnson & Johnson's Janssen vaccine (approved for 18+).
Please use the calendar below to schedule an appointment - or you and yours may walk in! The calendar will allow you to choose your preferred vaccine option.
The clinic will be held at the Burton M. Cross Office Building next to the State House (111 Sewall Street, Augusta) from 9am to 5 pm, in rooms 103 A and B. Please enter the first floor of the building through the south end (door facing toward the Maine State Library/Museum building) and follow signage down the hallway to the clinic. Please wear a mask.
We encourage participants to fill out the COVID-19 Consent Form prior to your scheduled appointment time.
State employees are eligible for up to two hours of paid admin' leave per dose of the COVID-19 Vaccine.
