Design meeting typically take 90 minutes and take place at the McManus Kitchen & Bath Showroom at 1241 West Tharpe St.

This meeting is to make any last minute changes, review the scope of work and selections one last time, and to sign the fixed price proposal.

A home visit takes about 60 to 90 minutes. During the visit, we will discuss the details of your project, take measurements and pictures, and create your initial scope of work.

After the home visit, we'll email you a link to schedule your Showroom Visit where we'll review your initial design, scope of work and budget using our Good Better Best process.

Our Design and Budget Consult is for whole-home remodels or extensive multi-room remodels.

The re-measure appointment takes about 60 to 90 minutes. Kristi and Stephanie will be coming out to your home to take detailed measurements for your project.

The final picture appointment typically takes less than 30 minutes. All final photos taken will be shared with you.

This is approximately a 30 minute appointment in our showroom.

The initial showroom visit takes about 90 to 120 minutes. We'll get to know you a little better and tell you more about how we work, followed by confirming the scope of work for your project(s) and reviewing some general selections to create your Good Better Best (GBB) Estimate. If you opted for design concepts, we will review that as well.

This will be approximately a 45 minute interview to take place at our showroom at 1241 West Tharpe St.

The meeting will take place in your home and last for about an hour. We will go over the full scope of work, site protection, clean up procedures, trailer and subcontractor parking, bathroom use, work hours and payments.
