Cancellation Policy: To avoid a cancellation fee, we require 24-hour notice for cancellations and rescheduled appointments, including those made with Gift Certificates or Pre-Paid Package sessions. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you may do so in your confirmation email. If your appointment is within 24 hours of the cancellation you will need to call/text (903) 883-7382 to do so.
You are responsible for 50% of the scheduled service if notice is received less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. This also applies to gift certificates and packages which will be decreased by 50%. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment your card on file will be charged for 50% of the service cost.
You are responsible for 100% of the scheduled service price if you do not show up for your appointment. If you booked with a gift certificate or pre paid package session, it will be forfeited. Your card on file will be charged for the full service for not showing up and giving no notice.
