Saturday SUP Yoga with Mary

There will be a brief introduction to SUP, with the majority of the class spent practicing yoga. This is a beginner to intermediate level class. Their own level of modifications and advancements will be introduced to provide each student an opportunity to work at there own pace This class will focus on breath, body awareness, and alignment which will help increase core stability, improve balance, and strengthen the body.
