Our payment policy has changed, please read below to ensure your appointment won't be canceled.
You can purchase a gift certificate by clicking on the top left "Gift Certificate Purchases". If you have a gift certificate, type the gift code in the "code" box in the form during booking.
If you can't find that "code" box, just go through the appointment setting, select "pay later", and send your code by replying back to the confirmation email you will receive. We will apply the code for you.
How to pay for your session?
Pre-payment is mandatory if you do not want your appointment canceled.
You must process your payment upon booking if you are a non-US resident.
If you reside in the USA, your payment is expected the day before your appointment day (the deadline is 5 pm Mountain Standard Time). We send a payment reminder 24 hours before your appointment time!
- You can prepay with Square during booking by clicking "pay now".
- You can choose "pay later" during the booking process, and click on the active link for payment in the confirmation email you will receive within minutes.
- US residents, proceed with payment at least one day before your appointment time upon receiving your payment reminder!
- We do accept payment at the time of the session however, you will have to share your credit card info for processing. Additionally, a 20% fee may apply. This option is usually for extensions.
Same-day appointments must include a 20% convenience fee at payment - no exception.
During payment, you can add a tip or convenience fee to your total. Thank you!
You must provide a cell number to receive a text with the phone number to call for your phone session. Update your info in the intake form when necessary.
If you provided your SKYPE ID for the first time, we will reach out via SKYPE at least the day before your appointment to establish the connection so you can approve us. Please be responsive by keeping your profile green on Skype so you can get our messages.
If you are overseas, you will not receive a text. Instead, we will contact you using the email address you typed in the intake form so double check that you wrote it correctly!
If you miss your session, your payment is non-refundable as it is considered a no-show. Read our terms of service before booking our services.
Always keep the confirmation email you receive as it is your link to reschedule, cancel or pay for your session.
