If you are new to Vida Nutrition we encourage you to schedule a Free Nutrition Evaluation. Once our team of highly trained dietitian-nutritionists evaluates your goals and challenges they will recommend a treatment plan and offer you a package of services that is discounted from our pay per session rates.

Superbills available upon request if you wish to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Initial Assessment/Consult/Meal Plan

This comprehensive appointment is for those that need help with a specific condition (ie, kidney disease, pre-natal, diabetes, etc) or looking for a complete review of their dietary intake and/or a specific diet plan.

This appointment is to gather a saliva sample for a nutrition & fitness DNA test. In addition to the 45 panel DNA test the price also includes a follow up appointment at no additional cost, to review the results and to design a custom meal plan based on the results.

Celebrity Style Pantry Detox

Get pampered and let the nutritionist come to your door. She will go through your pantry and fridge and help you identify healthier alternatives to the foods your accustomed to eating. Personal Supermarket Tour

1 hour 15 minutes

Get pampered and let the nutritionist guide you through the supermarket of your choice. Topics include: produce storage & selections, what to look for on meat/poultry labels, labeling reading, ingredient lists, frozen foods, how to evaluate convenience foods, and more. ***Please call the office (786-479-4081) first to verify that the nutritionist will travel to your supermarket of choice***
