Our prenatal yoga classes include gentle asanas modified for each stage of pregnancy. We also include gentle flowing yoga dance, breath awareness practices (Pranayama), and Mindfulness meditation. We'll also introduce you to a range of 'active' and 'calm' birth skills. Each class is infused with traditional Yogic wisdom for new mothers to help cultivate inner confidence and calm.
