How the scheduler works:

  1. Choose the type of appointment you are interested in
  2. When the calendar appears, choose the date and time (according to availability)
  3. Type in your information, then click "Complete Appointment"
  4. The scheduling confirmation screen will appear. You will receive an email confirming your appointment, and if you supplied us with a telephone number, you will also receive a text message confirming your appointment.
