Evening Yoga Flow (begins Jan 12)

This class combines gentle flowing sequences to warm up the body to burn off the day with slower paced movements that allow you wind down to a deeper state of relaxation as you prepare for your evening. Class ends with a guided relaxation. Appropriate for any age, shape or size. No experience or flexibility required.
Sunday Soulful Flow
1 hour 15 minutes
This mid-moderate yoga flow class allows you to warm up, move and energize the body, and leave class feeling peacefully invigorated and ready to take on the day! Variations offered to dial it up or down, depending on your needs for your practice that day.
Pregnancy is a transitional time for women, when many physical & emotional changes take place. Prenatal Yoga helps us honor these changes in ourselves and our body and helps create a special bond with baby throughout these nine months. Classes includes poses, movements, deep breathing & relaxation that may be practiced through all trimesters (clearing any medical issues with your midwife or doctor). Prenatal Yoga is a great way to connect with other moms-to-be and create lifelong friendships.
Mommy & Me Yoga
Designed for new moms with babies up to 9 months old, these classes give you an opportunity to bond with baby, nourish and care for yourself through focused stretches/strengthening and mindful breathing. We will stretch and strengthen the muscles that need the most TLC after pregnancy & birth (including abdominals & pelvic floor.) It's a great place to meet new moms and develop lifelong friendships. Must be cleared for exercise.
Restorative Flow Class & MediTEAtion
2 hours 30 minutes
Join us for 2.5 hours of Serenity! De-stress and Nurture Your Body, Mind & Spirit. The First Hour Focuses on Meditative Movement While the Second Hour is all about the Restorative Poses Using the Wall, Blankets & Bolsters! I'll be finishing up the last 30 minutes with a Yoga Nidra and my Yogi Tea!
Be Prepared to Lose Track of Time, Let Go of the Outside World, Breathe Deeply & Relax!
