Unclenching the Undercarriage: Techniques to Relax & Release the Pelvic Floor

In this in-person and online workshop, we will learn about what's going on "down there" and use yoga techniques and practices to begin to fully relax ourselves and our pelvic floors. Breathing techniques to deepen and lengthen the breath along with movements to stretch and long held restorative poses to unwind the nervous system and open the pelvic floor will be taught.
