Missed or Late Telephone Appointments: It is the clients responsibility to check time zone times in relation to my time, which is Eastern Standard Time, and to call at the appointment time. Clients that forget about appointments or call after their appointed time, will not be allowed to make up or reschedule their appointment, nor will they be refunded.
Rescheduling Appointments: Reschedules must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Please email Lisa directly at firstname.lastname@example.org 24 hours prior to reschedule. There are no refunds if done after the 24 hour time frame.
Canceling Appointments: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Please email Lisa directly at email@example.com 48 hours prior to cancellation. Once your cancellation is complete and if done at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will be given a 75% refund via PayPal. ***EXCLUDES COACHING PROGRAMS****
