New Patients: Please contact Germaine Bolano, our office assistant, so that we can begin the intake process.

Existing Patients: Please click on the visit type and clinician below to self-schedule. If you need any help, Germaine is available to assist!

Please note, if you are an established patient but haven't been seen in over 3 years, you'll need to schedule a New Patient Appointment. Feel free to contact Germaine directly for assistance.

Insurance Networks: Unless you are ok with seeing an out-of-network provider, it is your responsibility to contact your insurance carrier to ensure that we are in your network. You can use my full name to see if I am in your network: Dr Karen Kathleen Weese Bell or the practice name Dr Karen MD. If I am in your network, you can see any of us as I am the billing provider for the practice. Many plans have narrow networks these days and it's impossible for us to know if we are in network for your plan even if we accept your insurance. You must check with your carrier for your specific plan.
