Consultations include a review of your medical history, nutritional concerns, any lab data provided, diet and lifestyle history to determine the most effective changes to meet your goals. The focus will be on dietary interventions but we will also talk about lifestyle changes that would enhance your health.

You have the option of in-person, Zoom or telephone visits. My office is in my home so I ask that reschedule or choose a telemedicine visit type if you are not feeling well.

I do not bill insurance but if you have insurance that covers a Registered Dietitian, I will provide you with a SuperBill that you can submit to your insurance.
