Punctuality:
If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late, kindly contact us to inquire if your stylist can still accommodate your delayed arrival. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit.
Payment Method:
We accept cash, Zelle, credit, and debit cards, as well as Afterpay with a 6.3% fee.
Preparation for Appointment:
To ensure a smooth experience, we ask that you come to your appointment with your hair free of any unscheduled extensions takedown, or braids. Additionally, please take the time to detangle your hair to the best of your ability before your appointment.
Unscheduled Services:
Please note that we are unable to accommodate any additional services that were not added during your initial booking, such as color treatments or extension removal. If you require any additional services not listed as add-ons, please contact us in advance to confirm availability.
Guest Policy:
Due to limited space, we request that you do not bring any guests with you during your appointment. All guests, including accompanied minors, must remain in the lobby.
Booking:
All appointments must be booked online, and a deposit must be submitted to confirm your appointment. We strongly encourage clients to use our online booking system to secure their appointments. However, we welcome appointment requests via text and will do our best to accommodate you if availability allows. Please note that your deposit is still required to secure the appointment.
Deposits & Rescheduling:
Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where we reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Deposits are also non-refundable if you book less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. To avoid forfeiting your deposit, please text us within 24 hours of your appointment time if you need to reschedule your appointment. We allow you to reschedule your appointment and transfer your deposit to a future date as a one-time courtesy, provided that the rescheduled appointment occurs within a 30-day timeframe. Deposits will be forfeited if appointments are rescheduled without a 24-hour notice or if you have already rescheduled once. For excessively rescheduled appointments the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited.
