Welcome and thank you for booking an appointment with Changingfacez Makeup Artistry!! You are required to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE/ NON-TRANSFERABLE retainer of half the total cost of the service. This ensures that your appointment is BOOKED and CONFIRMED. The remainder payment is due the day of services unless otherwise noted. Each appointment and cost of service is per person. We do not offer group rates.
In order to protect you and me, I must offer a self-screening for symptoms or other risk factors related to Covid-19. Please answer truthfully. If you decline to answer the self-screen tool, your appointment will be either rescheduled or canceled. Refunds will not be given.
**All bookings MUST be made at least 48 hours in advance. If appointments are not booked within 48 hours, the ONLY available appointment is the Makeup 911.
