All new clients and for returning clients who have not visited the salon more than six months after their last appointment, a $26.00 Deposit is required for booking.

All deposits are non-refundable! The reason for the deposit is to insure that the appointment time is kept.

**ANY CANCELLATIONS IN LESS THAN A 24-HOUR NOTICE ARE CONSIDERED SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS.**

• Example: If you scheduled for Friday at 8:00am, cancellations must be made no later than Thursday at 8:00am. Canceling and rescheduling can be done conveniently online from your emailed confirmation at anytime.

**SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE PRICE OF SHAMPOO & STYLE TO REBOOK! THIS MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT ANY DEPOSITS MADE ARE FORFEIT TOWARDS THIS IMMEDIATELY.**

• Current revisiting clients who book ahead from appointment to appointment and have always complied with my booking and cancellation policy, do not have to pay any ongoing deposits.

• Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for payment of services.

• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

• There is a 1.00 service fee to pay the deposit using PayPal. (Only $25 will get deducted from the total cost of the service the day of the appointment.)
