All new clients and for returning clients who have not visited the salon more than six months after their last appointment, a $26.00 Deposit is required for booking.
All deposits are non-refundable! The reason for the deposit is to insure that the appointment time is kept. However, if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, it can be transferred to another day within 30 days of the original deposit date. After 30 days, the deposit is forfeited & non-transferable to any other dates and times.
**ANY CANCELLATIONS IN LESS THAN A 24-HOUR NOTICE ARE CONSIDERED SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS.**
• Example: If you scheduled for Friday at 8:00am, cancellations must be made no later than Thursday at 8:00am. Canceling and rescheduling can be done conveniently online from your emailed confirmation at anytime.
**SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED A $40.00 FEE TO REBOOK! THIS MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO OR IT WILL BE INCLUDED IN YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT. ANY DEPOSITS ARE FORFEITED IMMEDIATELY.**
• Current revisiting clients who book ahead from appointment to appointment and have always complied with my booking and cancellation policy, do not have to pay any ongoing deposits.
IF YOU ARE “NATURAL” and choose to stay NATURAL, PLEASE SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION PRIOR TO BOOKING! DO NOT SCHEDULE ANY OTHER SERVICE WITH ME UNTIL I CONSULT. IF YOU SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH NATURAL HAIR WITHOUT A CONSULT FIRST YOU WILL BE RESCHEDULED UPON ARRIVING AND YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE TRANSFERABLE.
• Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for payment of services.
• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
• There is a 1.00 service fee to pay the deposit using PayPal. (Only $25 will get deducted from the total cost of the service the day of the appointment.)
• Sales tax fee of 9.2% will be applied to all credit card payments made at the salon.
