If you want to be able to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must create an account in the sign up option at the top of this box. If you have to cancel, please do it online or call the office and leave a message. I don't answer the phones when I am with patients or after hours. I check my messages several times a day during business hours.

I have parking on Bonita and Colcord. Either street walk forward and you will see the signs pointing to the office door. It is a home/office. I also have permission for patients to park at the church across the street.
