AFTER BOOKING, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH SALON LOCATION AND APPOINTMENT DETAILS.
- All payments must be made through the link in your booking email before leaving the salon.
- Please select all services that fit your needs.
- If you have thick hair, please select the proper service.
- Sitting Fees are 50% of your service and are non-refundable.
- Absolutely no children or extra guests unless they are being serviced.
- Creating a profile is extremely convenient and allows you to keep up with your past, present, and future appointments. In addition, you can cancel/reschedule with ease.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELATION
- You may reschedule your appointment once; after two rescheduled appointments, your appointment will be canceled, and your sitting fee will be forfeited. You can only reschedule your appointment within the same month it was originally booked unless I cleared it.
- Same-day cancellations will cause you to forfeit your deposit. No call / no show will prevent you from booking future appointments, and the sitting fee will be forfeited.
LATE POLICY
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your sitting fee will be forfeited.
