• Meetings - Your confirmation email will contain links for a phone call or virtual session with our team, depending on your selection.

Inspections provide for a 1-hour visit to evaluate (1) type of condition at (1) structure at the address provided. For the listed inspection fee, we will determine or evaluate possible issues and consult in person and by phone with client. Inspections do not include an engineer's report of observations unless additionally requested, and do not include addressing sources of moisture. Client is responsible to provide full access and expose all necessary areas prior to the inspection. The assessment will be limited to visual observation of these exposed and readily accessible areas and is not a total structural inspection of the entire building.
