First we meet via Zoom for an intro to the session (10 mins). Then you'll relax, meditate and/or enjoy the guided audio as I connect with you remotely to read and clear your energy field (20 mins). I will continue working and recording notes from your session while you awaken from your relaxed state (10 mins) before joining me on Zoom where I will guide you through the energy reading and coach you on how to use this info to align with your higher self (20 mins / recorded for your keeping).
