This session is at home only in the Lafayette, Colorado area boundary, or for a private office visit. If your home is outside of Lafayette and you wish me to come to you, please contact me first.

If you are at home and have exercise and or massage tools available, have them ready!

We will work with whatever you have, and in some instances, I will recommend you add some tools to aid in your recovery.
