Foundations is three one hour sessions to teach you the basics of the movements you will be doing during your CrossFit classes. You You may choose to schedule your foundations session just prior to a class so that you can review the movements needed for the class then join the class for your workout following foundations. This is optional but an ideal way to get the best of both worlds.
