This is the first time I will meet with you and it will take up to 1 1/2 hours. We will discuss your medical history in detail. A physical exam will be completed and lab tests may be decided upon at this time. If so, a script will be given. If you have copies of medical records to give to me, please bring them. If not, you may wish to request them. I will review them fully after our appointment.

This is any appointment after the Initial visit has been accomplished. Please plan for up to an hour. The way the time will be spent depends solely on what your individual needs are.

Please arrive in a fasting state (no food for 8 hours) and remember to drink water during fasting. Two screenings are done, one in the fasting state and one 45 minutes after ingesting a special Challenge powder provided to you at the appointment. The Signs and Symptoms Survey will be completed by the patient PRIOR to the appointment. Please bring the completed document with you for review. A special 24 hour urine is necessary to complete the assessment. There will be an additional lab charge (around $50).
Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy

Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy (OMT) involves 7 or 8 possible techniques used to realign the body. The entire body is examined. I will not do isolated spot corrections. We start at the sacrum and correct osteopathic dysfunctions moving towards the head, performing a complete body treatment. This may take 45 min to an hour, depending on the case.
