Yoga Strength- Train to Teach!
Spend a day learning to teach a yoga strength class!! Sequencing, verbage, safety will all be discussed. You will have an opportunity to lead a class! All snacks and lunch will be provided for this training!
Flowing sequences including seated and standing poses, sun salutations, twists and backbends. This is an awesome class to find your peace, strength and flexiblity. Suited to all levels. Please let your instructor know if you have any limitations or would like guidance on modifications for this class.
If you are new to yoga or have a health challenge, this is the perfect class for you! Props, modifications and a gentle approach are part of this class. Please call Jennifer ahead of time if you are new. 608-797-1990. Plan to arrive 10 minutes ahead for your first class!
Alignment with weights is the foundation of this class. Learn the proper way to lift heavier weights to build strong muscles and core. Modifications are offered in this class, but please call Jennifer ahead of your first class at 608-797-1990. This class is suitable to MOST levels of yogi. A foundations class or private session may be required prior to attending.
Gentle Foundations /Vinyasa Class
If you are new to yoga or simply looking for a foundational class with an introduction to the vinyasa flow, this is a perfect class for you! Poses will be introduced and modifications will be offered throughout the practice.
