Client (Non-California Residents)

California resident patients are eligible for lab orders, compounded prescriptions (hormones and nutrients), diagnosis codes, and a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance is available upon request.

Consultation includes review of case and/or testing (at the time of the appointment), education, general recommendations, references and/or guidance to present to your doctor.

Please note this does not include establishment of a doctor patient relationship (available to California residents only), direct medical advice and/or treatment.
