Interested in a group therapy? We encourage a free Meet and Greet appointment for anyone considering one of our therapy groups. If you don't see a group session scheduled it means we are between groups or building a waitlist to start a new one.

Please reach out to us by email at info@apexot.com if you are interested in one of our groups and one is not scheduled:

Address the Stress: Anxiety group (ages 7-10,10 weeks) (2 sessions are only for parents ) $750

Preschool self-regulation/social play group (ages 3-5, 8 weeks) $590

Young elementary self-regulation/social play group (ages 5-6/7, 8 weeks) $590

Older elementary self-regulation/social play group (ages 7/8-10, 8 weeks) $590

Have a tween or teen? We don't schedule groups regularly for this age group, but would love to! Please email us if interested.

Note: group therapy is not covered by insurance, but you may pay with FSA/HSA cards.

Parent Consultation Session (30 minutes)

30 minutes @ $225.00

Do you need support to help you manage your child's behaviors, anxiety, or to set up supports at school?
Your fee covers two appointments: First Appointment: 30 minutes to get to understand your situation and concerns, second appointment 60 minutes to problem solve and make recommendations. See apexot.com for more information.

Therapy Groups

Meet and Greet--for Apex OT therapy groups

15 minutes

We strongly encourage new prospective clients to find a time to meet with us. This is a free 15-minute meeting by phone or Zoom to tell us about your child and ask questions. If group registration is open online you may register to hold a space prior to having this meeting; it will not commit you and no payment is due until we confirm your participation.
