COVID-19 UPDATES:
Due to recent health crisis, procedures and guidelines have changed. I will not be accepting any appointments until Friday, June 19th, 2020 and appointments will only be allowed to be made 2 weeks out.
New procedures have been put into place to properly ensure the health and safety of clients as well as the artist, which results in a small price increase.
If you are sick or experiencing any type of flu like symptoms or have been exposed to anyone who is ill, PLEASE do not book an appointment for services or reschedule if you have already booked. There is no fee or penalty for cancelling or rescheduling if you fall sick. If you arrive to your appointment showing signs of illness, you will be refused of services.
Sanitation and the safety of my clients has and will continue to be of importance, however, new measures will be in place moving forward.
- You MUST wash your hands upon arrival.
- You MUST enter salon with mask or face covering. As I will be masked the entire duration of your appointment.
- Expect increased appointment time per client to allow thorough sanitation products, tools/implements, and service area.
- The use of disposable lip and mascara wands, disposable makeup sponges, and cotton swabs will continue to be in use.
- The will be a limited number of clients seen per day.
NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS WILL BE ALLOWED DURING SERVICES!! IF YOU ARRIVE WITH EXTRA GUESTS,THEY WILL BE REFUSED! THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE!
IF YOU ARRIVE BEFORE YOUR APPOINTED TIME, PLEASE STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE AND SEND ME A TEXT TO INFORM ME OF YOUR ARRIVAL. YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENTER UNTIL PREVIOUS CLIENT HAS EXITED SALON AND THOROUGH SANITATION HAS BEEN EXECUTED. I WILL SEND A TEXT ONCE IT IS OK FOR YOU TO COME IN.
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE STILL EFFECTIVE.

Deposits: A 20% deposit is required upon booking all services. Deposits are to secure your appointment! If deposit is not paid, appointments will NOT be secured. Deposits go towards service balance and are non-refundable.
Late Policy: If you are more than 15-minutes late, an additional cost of $20 will be added to your service. If you exceed 15-minutes, you will have to reschedule the same day (if applicable) and deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel/reschedule, please inform artist at least 24-hrs in advance. If appointment is cancelled by client, deposit is non-refundable. No call/no shows will be charged 100% service and will not be allowed to book future appointments.
Travel: If travel is required, travel fee will be calculated and added to price of service.
Shop address/location will be sent in an email along with confirmation.
