Appointments of an hour (or longer) tend to be most effective. You can book into any free slot. However, if you can't find a time that works for you, you are not sure what to book, or you need a mobile appointment, please ring. Discounts are available if you buy a block of at least four sessions (please speak to Amanda for more information).
