OPEN classes at the Dance Centre

Exercises in internal vs external spatial awareness combined with improvised interludes using a combination of familiar patterns with the unfamiliar. The classes will work on developing coordination, dynamics and freedom of movement while incorporating somatic work to find awareness and agency.
