We, at Beloved Pet Mobile Vet, are honored to support you and your beloved pet. When booking an appointment, please read the instructions carefully. This is an estimate for pricing. Pricing may vary if you choose a different button than what you indicate in the notes or miss clicking a button.
When filling out this form, you are scheduling an appointment. If you receive a follow-up email, you have an appointment with us. The team will follow up with you the next day if you fill this out after office hours. We do our best to make the time you have scheduled; however, because we travel and traffic and appointments can vary in the time needed, we may be there 30 minutes before or after the scheduled time. Additional issues out of our control may also occur, creating longer wait times. Our team will contact you via text (or call if you indicate you need a call) to give you an approximate arrival time if it varies from the scheduled time. Occasionally, we run farther behind. However, our team will keep you apprised of the doctor's time.
Pricing is based on distance from our office in West Sacramento office or our Napa office(depending on the doctor you are seeing), and we generally cover up to 40 miles from our offices. Additional mileage charges apply over 20 miles from either office, and if you are farther than 40 miles, depending on our doctor's availability, we may be able to support you, or we will give you referrals if our veterinarians are not available to go a farther distance as it takes additional time in our schedule.
Our Napa doctor has limited availability, and if he is not available, one of our doctors in West Sacramento may be able to schedule, however, additional mileage will apply. We do our best to accommodate as many families as we can. In addition, pricing varies by appointment type, and if a euthanasia appointment, whether you might need help with aftercare (cremation services) or any memorial items.
