Our trainers are body positive, so there is no shouting, no shame, and lots of positive encouragement. Movement is for EVERY Body, and we want you to feel fantastic.We specifically work with women to encourage them to Eat, Move,and Think because they love themselves.
All of our trainers have undergone physio approved safe return to exercise training, and our training approach is woman friendly, pelvic floor friendly, and designed to keep you safe. We have speciality trainers in Post Partum and Pregnancy Fitness.
